We have become aware of an issue with McAfee Antivirus software.
The computer will suffer from Runtime errors and will restart itself or just behave erraticly
Please download
SDAT5958_EM.exe
to your desktop and then reboot in safemode (press F8 during windows boot up) to run the fix.

We have become aware of an issue affecting Windows Vista and Windows 7 with Microsoft Outlook 2007, following an automatic update (KB974674).
When you try to start Outlook you receive the error message "Cannot start
Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. Invalid XML, the view
cannot be loaded."
To fix the problem, click on the "start" button (bottom left) and enter
“outlook.exe /resetnavpane” in the Search programs and files box. Press
"Enter" and Outlook will open.
