Our service level agreement is a promise to you that we will be ready and able to respond to any issue within an 8 hour period. Whether it be over the phone or a call out we will respond to any issue within our pre agreed service level agreement. Also we give higher priority to servers. As part of our service contract we will schedule a monthly visit to carry out a health check on the IT infrastructure and check that backups are running as scheduled,We will also check that virus checkers are up-to-date and working properly, The main pursorse of this monthly visit is to detect any possible issues before they occur and to do any maintenance tasks that did not warrant a separate call out.
