Click on the techinline logo above. this will take you to the techinline client page.

When you first go into this page it will come up with a yellow banner on the top of the page warning you that an active x component needs to be installed. click on this and select "Install Active X component" .

Than a box will pop up on your screen. select "install"

Finally it will go into the client page. this will give you a six digit number. if you provide us with this number then we will be able to gain access to you pc over the internet to provide remote support.
