When you first go into this page it will come up with a yellow banner on the top of the page warning you that an active x component needs to be installed. click on this and select "Install Active X component" or "Install Software".

If you are using Windows 7 or Vista then User Account Control will darken the screen and present a window asking if you want to continue. Click Continue.

Then a box will pop up on your screen. select "install"

Finally it will go into the client page. This will give you a six digit number. If you provide us with this number then we will be able to gain access to you PC over the internet to provide remote support.
