Our home Service level agreement is a promise to you that we will be ready and able to respond to any issue within an 8 hour period. Whether it be over the phone or a call out we will respond to any issue within our pre agreed service level agreement. Although home users do not usually need the same level of support that busness or schools would need we do find that some of our home users find a great deal of comfort in having us on call to them.
