At Henlow Middle School we are able to fix many problems that occur with our IT systems. We were very frustrated with our previous IT support service in that we couldn’t ask for advice without having to log a call and have someone phone us back a couple of weeks later.
We have used the services of Dunktech for 12 months and have been extremely pleased. We are able to speak to Duncan at Dunktech at almost any time and he will give advice there and then. If we have a problem that is beyond our knowledge of fixing, Duncan will arrange a time to come in and either fix the problem immediately or take a broken item away to fix. Duncan has always arrived on time and has always returned mended machines within two days.
Duncan has suggested ways of improving our working methods, either to make life easier or to save time, for example ghosting an image onto new machines.
Duncan has surveyed our system and keeps a duplicate server, so that should our server go down, potentially, we will only have to wait a couple of hours for the system to be reinstated as opposed to a complete reinstall on the server taking a week or more.Duncan has proved reliable, knowledgeable, versatile and a very agreeable person. We are very happy to recommend his services to other schools.
